The world has become quite different recently and over quarantine I have been trying to find ways to help it out through mediums that i’m passionate about. Over summer of 2020, I worked on producing a line of hoodies, crewnecks and tees based around the notion of staying home, something a lot of us have really gotten used to due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. The graphics, inspired by Newport’s graphics and Ari Saal Forman’s Air Menthols, references a cigarette label and surgeon general’s warning. This represents some of America’s general reaction to the virus, going out and conducting life as normal ignoring the long term affects to come from this behavior, A simple but effective graphic. The design was originally intended to be used for a collaboration with @icykof and his brand @wearesohokids with NHS but has since been released by me in collaboration with Everybody World. These garments are ultra heavyweight and come with stickers too for you plaster all around your city blasting the message “Stay Home!”
Now for the profits, all of the money made from this release was donated to Feeding the Carolinas just in time for Thanksgiving. This charity donates meals to food-banks all around North Carolina, helping those unable to eat due to the financial impacts associated with this virus, protests and current political climate. Over 1,250 usd was raised from this campaign to help the cause.

These hoodies/ tees were available for purchase via pre-order on instagram, and featured custom screen-printed tags, front and back water based screen-printed graphics (done locally in Wilmington by @smileprintdesign) and a sticker. They were also custom made sustainably (from fabric waste) in Los Angeles by @everybodyworld who gladly donated half of the blanks.
Stickers were also available to purchase in packs priced at 5 dollars for those still wanting to help out.
The items released on my 21st birthday (October 22nd) and all of the item profits were donated the weekend prior to Thanksgiving.
Both designers, Ari Saal Foreman and Trevor of HeyTVM, acted as mentors for me over thecourse of this project. The final
T-shirt and hoodie release sold out in about a week thanks to your support.
